Guest Relations is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and residents in the community, answering incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel. Guest Relations is committed to building ongoing relationships with residents, families, and vendors, fostering positive communication, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. If you are detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply!Essential DutiesWelcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entranceAct as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or informationMonitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive DirectorEnsure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areasParticipates in and support the team in meeting resident needsPrepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in toursPerform administrative and clerical duties as necessaryAnswer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to the appropriate personnel; assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quicklyWork Experience RequirementsMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare settingEnthusiasm and a positive attitudeAbility to juggle multiple prioritiesWork independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leaderDemonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skillsMaintain good working relationships with residents and co-workersProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)Willingness to perform additional duties as assignedWhat We OfferWe offer On-Demand Pay so you can access wages you’ve already earned between paydays.
