We are looking for productioncandidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company at our Grants Pass, OR location! This is a 1 st shiftopening with a pay rate of $19 per hour.What You’ll AccomplishAssist fellow team members in making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers’ needs and expectationsWhile working with a qualified trainer, learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate all machines, (dielectric welder, cutting table, parapets, etc.) and all proceduresAccurately complete all required production paperworkAttend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetingsKeep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guestsDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.All other duties as assignedEducationWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORHigh School Diploma or GED is requiredRequired Work ExperiencePrevious manufacturing experience is highly desiredAdditional RequirementsAt least 18 years of ageAble to work in a team and have initiative to get the job doneMust have the ability to accurately read a tape measureMust be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background checkBend, push, carry, lift up to 50 poundsAvailable to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessarySuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
