Superintendent Role OverviewAs a Superintendent, you will lead all field operations to deliver exceptional projects to our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing subcontractors to ensure adherence to contract documents, maintaining project schedules, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the timely and high-quality execution of contracted work, whether for an entire project or a specific scope, trade partner, or phaseImplement and enforce jobsite safety measures and best practicesDevelop and manage plans for work sequencing, site logistics, and the coordination of materials and personnelEnsure all work meets project specifications and company quality standardsTake ownership and accountability for delivering projects on schedule and within budgetDevelop, update, and communicate project schedules, maintaining strong command of critical milestones and ensuring alignment with all stakeholdersLead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performing team environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersRepresent the company with professionalism in all internal and external interactions and meetingsSupport project closeout activities, including punch list completion and training on building operationsDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges, conflicts, and unforeseen issuesProactively build relationships within the industry to support business development and future project opportunitiesConsistently exceed stakeholder expectations by anticipating and responding to their needs and goalsBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and workforce managementProven ability to lead field operations and communicate effectively with diverse audiencesWorking knowledge of relevant safety and building regulations (e.g., OSHA)Preferred QualificationsExperience with construction management software platformsBackground in public sector projects, including K-12 schools and/or higher education facilities
