We provide a fun and safe place for children to go when school is out.We are looking to fill a full-time Site Leader position at Westwood Elementary School in Fairview, TN Here are a few job detailsFull-time, 12-month positionPay is between $40,173.12 up to $55,833.12 a year, based on experience Monday-Friday hours, 8 hour shifts between 6:30 and 6:00 pm, open 2 days a week and close 2 days a week minimum Paid time off including holidays, sick time, personal time, vacation time, inclement weather and system closed daysFull benefits package through Williamson CountyFringe benefits available for school age childrenDutiesSite Leaders assist with managing the before and after school program at their assigned school location. They build relationships with school admin, parents, staff and children. They engage in leading children in fun activities.Job responsibilities include the followingBuilding positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and school adminCommunicating with parents about happenings and upcoming eventsPlanning special events and activitiesCreating staff and child schedulesSupervising children and staff Maintaining DOE complianceRequirementsSite Leader QualificationsHigh School diploma, college degree preferredSuccessfully pass background checkCurrent First Aid/ CPR certified Minimum 1-year child care experience Minimum 1 - year management/ leadership experienceNice To HavesWhat will you bring?
