The officer will maintain a visible security presence, monitor access points, and help ensure safety and policy compliance during regular business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control access to the assigned locationConduct routine interior and exterior patrolsObserve, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concernsMaintain accurate daily logs and incident reportsRespond to incidents in a calm and professional mannerProvide assistance and direction to employees, visitors, and contractorsFollow all company and client security policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious security experience requiredValid Driver's License requiredMust be able to clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) - clean driving recordStrong observation and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional demeanor and reliable attendanceMust be able to pass a background checkWork Environment* Combination of walking patrols and stationary post assignments* Professional, structured work settingPA #188Education Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S.
