This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage front-of-house teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the management team and staff to deliver world-class service. Oversee daily operations, including nightlife programming, special events, and VIP guest management. Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction, quality, and ambiance. Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, marketing collaboration, and event execution. Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Foster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience in high-volume nightlife, hospitality, or fine dining venues. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Experience with VIP clientele, bottle service programs, and nightlife-driven events. Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor cost management, and P&L analysis. Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
