The role involves facilitating communication across teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. By reviewing ongoing processes, the analyst identifies areas for improvement and supports the implementation of more efficient workflows. Additionally, the analyst contributes to the onboarding process and provides general support to new team members, promoting a seamless transition into the organization. Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements is another key responsibility. By proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges, the analyst plays a vital role in maintaining consistent and efficient business operationsPossible Tasks within this RoleOperational Support and project management (50%)Assist in coordinating corrective and preventive actions across the teamsTrack and document key project milestones, business performance metrics, and quality KPIsSupport meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up on action itemsMaintain reports, dashboards, and internal trackers using business tools (e.g., Excel, JIRA)Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees (equipment, system access, documentation) and provide general operational HR supportPMT and quality steering (30%)Ensure adherence to standardized processes, methods, and tools across local teamsPrepare materials for quality reviews, and support audit or steering meetingsDevelop educational materials to train team on QMS and audit topicsDrive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with global standardsSupport compliance efforts and contribute to risk identification and mitigationOffice Administration Coordination (20%)Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring operational efficiencyProactively monitor and follow up on critical tasks, deadlines, and outstanding issuesAct as point of contact for internal coordination and support resource planning where neededProvide comprehensive assistance to ensure smooth office operations, including visitor management, facility maintenance, and office asset managementFoster a positive and collaborative team environment by organizing team-building activities and promoting effective communicationQualification RequirementsQualifications - ExternalYears Of Experience:5-7 years’ experience as an business professionalEducation – Required:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or comparableEducation – Desired:Master’s DegreeSkills:Effective analytical and conceptual skills to derive adequate solutions for business related problemsPlanning and organization, project management and time management skillsAbility to solve complex problemsAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsOpen minded and empathic work styleExcellent team playerComfortable with ambiguity and tackling new problemsAnalyze data to improve business performanceCreate dashboards and reports for decision-makingIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend solutionsSpecialized Skills – Required:Experience with working in cross-functional environment. Ability to work overtime as needed. Compensation DataIn the Silicon Valley, the salary range for this role will be $101,400 - $127,000, depending on education and years of relevant experience.
