The role involves facilitating communication across teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. By reviewing ongoing processes, the analyst identifies areas for improvement and supports the implementation of more efficient workflows. Additionally, the analyst contributes to the onboarding process and provides general support to new team members, promoting a seamless transition into the organization. Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements is another key responsibility.
