If our mission inspires you, we'd love to hear from you.About The RoleAs an In-Home Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a foundational role in onboarding new members — capturing the details of their home so Casa can take it from there. Your professionalism, presence, and attention to detail will directly shape the member’s first impression.You’ll be the friendly, polished face of Casa during onboarding visits. Together with a teammate, you’ll visit member homes to inventory appliances, lighting, safety systems, paint, and more — creating a complete digital profile of the home.This role blends hospitality, logistics, and light fieldwork. You’ll use our specialized app and equipment to document everything cleanly and accurately, ensuring the home is ready for ongoing service.This is a mobile, field-based role. You must be comfortable entering private spaces, interacting with high-end clients, and operating responsibly and discreetly inside their homes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homesPhotograph appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other home assetsUse a camera to create 3D scans and floorplans (training provided)Use a paint scanner to log exact wall colors and finishesLog utility locations, fire safety devices, and other essential home infrastructureSpeak with homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferencesRepresent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all timesHandle equipment carefully and document all work accurately in our appRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: home services, concierge, logistics, facilities, high-end customer service, or related fieldsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured workflowsComfortable working in others’ homes with professionalism and discretionAbility to lift and carry equipment, move through multi-level homes, and perform hands-on tasksMust have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insuranceTech-savvy: comfortable using apps, iPad, smartphone camera, Bluetooth-connected toolsClear background check requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in property management, real estate, home inventory, in-home services, or inspection/insurance assessmentsHospitality or white-glove service backgroundCompensation & Perks$30/hour starting rateFlexible weekday/weekend scheduling (20–40 hours/week depending on availability)Professional equipment, training, and app access providedOpportunities to grow with a fast-moving startup
