Accounts Receivable Specialist

DescriptionOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to support their accounting team during morning hours. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts receivable experience, excellent accuracy, and hands-on knowledge of Sage software.Key Responsibilities:+ Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely+ Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records+ Perform daily bank reconciliations+ Assist with maintaining organized financial documentation+ Support the accounting team with related clerical and administrative tasks as neededQualifications:+ Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounting support+ Proficiency with Sage software required+ Experience with cash applications and bank reconciliations+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyRequirements - Experience in accounts receivable and day-to-day payment processing.- Strong background in cash application and accurate allocation of customer payments.- Ability to complete daily bank reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.- Familiarity with billing functions and commercial collections procedures.- Proficiency using accounting software, preferably Sage.- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage financial records in an organized manner.- Comfortable working a part-time morning schedule with consistent follow-through.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
