If interested in this Physical Therapist Assistant position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Harford County, MD – 100% On-site, home health settings Payrate: $40.45/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no on-call no weekends) Benchmark requirements: 32 productivity points per week PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide essential rehabilitative care to patients in Harford County, executing treatment plans designed to improve mobility and function. By working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and maintaining meticulous documentation, the PTA ensures that every patient receives high-quality, compliant care while benefiting from a reliable Monday-through-Friday work schedule. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Care: Deliver physical therapy services as delegated and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist, adhering strictly to each patient's individualized Plan of Treatment. Collaboration: Confer regularly with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress, goals, and any clinical concerns. Adaptive Support: Assist in securing and incorporating special adaptive equipment to enhance the rehabilitation program and improve patient function. Documentation: Maintain and submit accurate treatment and billing documentation within required timelines, following all local, state, and federal regulations. Environment Maintenance: Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean and in good working order, reporting any maintenance needs to appropriate personnel. Compliance: Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct, HIPAA regulations, and professional practice standards. PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Professional Development: Participate in internal staff development programs and maintain clinical practice skills through continuing education. Licensure: Valid Maryland license to practice Physical Therapy (Compact licenses accepted). Skills: Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is preferred but not required.
