Special Education Professional Needed (BT/RBT)

Job Description We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position is open to paraprofessionals, special education specialists, childcare providers, and individuals with experience working with children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Prior ABA experience is not required—training and support will be provided.Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents with developmental needsImplement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBASupport skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living skillsAssist with behavior management in home, school, or community settingsCollect basic data and communicate progress with supervisors and familiesMaintain a safe, supportive, and structured environmentQualifications:Experience working with children in any setting (school, childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.)Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays is a plus, but not requiredParaprofessional, special education, psychology, education, or related background encouraged to applyPatience, reliability, and strong communication skillsWillingness to learn ABA principles and complete RBT training (if not already certified)High school diploma required; college coursework in education, psychology, or related field is a plusWhat We Offer:Paid training toward RBT certificationOngoing supervision and professional supportFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunities for growth in the ABA and behavioral health fieldSupportive and collaborative work environmentIf you are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives, we encourage you to apply—even if you are new to ABA.
