We are seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a growing, hospital-supported Cancer Center with a strong institutional commitment to growth and long-term investment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the clinical, operational, and strategic future of oncology services in the region alongside a well-established provider with deep referral relationships and local trust. About the position: Physician Autonomy High volume practice with 70+ new patients a month with full control over schedule, panel size, and growth Updated infusion services and oncology pharmacy support Multidisciplinary support inclusive of an oncology nurse navigation program, social work and palliative care Access to a 24-bed inpatient hospice care facility Strong referral base from primary care and other specialties Future focused program with opportunities to develop clinical trials and research, sub-specialty interests, and facility growth EPIC EMR Diagnostics: Nuclear Medicine including PSMA PET scans & PET scans Stereotactic-guided biopsy Sentinel lymph node biopsy Comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed starting salary of $600k + incentives $50k Sign-on Bonus Relocation Allowance CME Allowance Residency Stipend Retirement with Employer match Medical/Dental/Vision Marketing & Practice development support NO STATE INCOME TAX Why work at Our Facility: We run a technologically advanced, independent, not-for-profit Level II Trauma Center ranked 15th in the state of Texas.
