With a welcoming educational team and a dynamic environment, you’ll find the perfect setting to provide high-quality speech and language services.What We’re Looking For:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent and valid SLP licensure for the state of CaliforniaCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or CFY candidates may be consideredPrevious experience in a school setting or with adolescents is highly valuedStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staffYour Role Will Include:Managing a middle school caseload, providing direct speech/language therapyConducting evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)Documenting and tracking student progress, reporting outcomes as requiredConsulting with teachers and caregivers to integrate effective communication strategies into the classroomParticipating in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and staff development as neededAdvocating for students’ needs to help every learner reach their full potentialThis contract role spans 35 hours per week, ensuring you have ample time to engage with students and support their growth.
