Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million. Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality. We're looking for a candidate with strong P&L/financial acumen, operational and leadership management experience. Must have owned a portion of P&L and can speak to numbers of the business.
