Sr. Director, Engineering Applications & Labs

Build and deliver a multi-year roadmap with Engineering, IT, Security, and Facilities.Stand up a “Labs as a Service” model with centralized provisioning and standardized services.Improve utilization through asset rationalization and process/tool upgrades.Enforce role-based access and regulatory compliance.Architect network solutions to protect IP and engineering data.Own the strategy and roadmap for engineering applications and integrated development platforms.Champion DevSecOps to embed security early and automate compliance enforcement.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or related field.15+ years in IT or technology leadership, including 5+ years in engineering applications or lab operations.Proven success leading large-scale standardization or transformation across global teams.Exceptional program management and communication skills.Familiarity with semiconductor workflows/tools (EDA, verification).Strong understanding of lab functions (validation, debug, test).Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma (a plus).
