The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work and be capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawingsInstall conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, switches, outlets, and control systemsDiagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and repair systems efficientlyEnsure all work complies with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standardsCoordinate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades on job sitesMaintain clean and organized work areasComplete service calls and project tasks in a timely and professional mannerTrain and mentor apprentices when neededQualificationsValid Journeyman Electrician licenseMinimum 3–5 years of electrical experience preferredStrong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and NEC code requirementsAbility to read blueprints and technical documentsExperience with commercial and residential projects preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesHealth benefits and paid time offCompany vehicle (if applicable)Career advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentAbout Chapman Electrical Contracting, Inc.Chapman Electrical Contracting, Inc. is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services to our clients.
