Position TitleOperations/Research Analyst, Senior (Technical Advisor)LocationUS-DC-National Capital RegionJob ID5288of Openings2CategoryInformation TechnologyClearanceTop Secret/SCIClearance StatusActiveTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewThe Operations/Research Analyst, Senior (Technical Advisor) provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.ResponsibilitiesManages and directs the analyses of management problems, performs cost analyses and modeling, provides information requirements, and formulates scientific solutions as directed.Supports program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.Provides cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology.Prepares, develops, and reviews program office estimates (POEs).Provides guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates.Conducts cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management.Provides subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost-saving efforts (i.e., Will/Should Cost initiatives).Prepares and reviews miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior-level management.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 10 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2-yr Tech School; or HS/GED with 15 years or military experience E7 and up.Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army's Cost Analysis Manual).TS/SCI Clearance.CompensationSalary Range: $114,842 - $139,946The above salary range represents a general guideline.
