Gluer OperatorTo strengthen our team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo site, we are looking for a Gluer Operator for our Folding and Gluing Department.We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Gluer Operator who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the folder-gluer machine. The operator ensures that the finished packaging products meet quality standards, production deadlines, and safety requirements.Your RoleYou will set up and operate the folder-gluer machine according to the production order.You will monitor the folding and gluing process to ensure product quality and efficiency.You will perform format changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments as needed.You will contribute with your ideas and active participation in our employer branding initiatives.You will inspect finished products for proper alignment, folding, gluing, and cleanliness.Your ProfileYou have a high school diploma.You have already gained 2-3 years of experience operating folder-gluer machines in the folding carton/packaging industry.You are skilled in making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting issues.Our OfferWe offer you a job in a stable, international company with long-term growth plans.
