Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel.Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to excursions, sporting events, concerts and plays as needed.Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and/or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressedAssist residents and guests with packages.Ensures building is secure by walking all floors at least once during shift, monitoring security cameras, and understanding emergency policy manual.Accurate and time completion of incident reportsAssists with Emergency Personnel services as needed (Fire Department, EMS, etc.) following all emergency policiesClean lobby/office area during shift. Ensures model and amenity areas are in show ready conditionResponsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all timesComply with all industry Fair Housing rulesResponsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residentsResponsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
