Document Controls Manager

WSP is seeking a Document Control Manager to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based out of any Texas/ Louisiana/ Arkansas WSP US location. Your Impact. Duties and Responsibilities:Influence the narrative by understanding what needs to be done to support the project vision and initiatives. Experience in implementation of document management systems for large/mega programs in design/construction. Experience setting up document management systems and managing from inception, through duration to final completion and closeout of project. Monitor and Manage the Electronic Document Management System(s)Develop and administer the project Document Management Plan Develop and administer Document Control Procedures and Training Guidelines. Working knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Procore, Trimble, Aconex, ACC, Bluebeam software or equivalent. Electronic Document Management Certifications.
