Position SummaryAs the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic recruiting and sourcing expert responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across manufacturing, technical, professional, and leadership roles within a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand operational workforce needs, labor market trends, and future talent gaps while developing proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.The ideal candidate is a highly driven talent acquisition professional with demonstrated success sourcing talent in manufacturing, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food production, medical device, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other regulated industries. This individual thrives in a fast-moving environment, understands the importance of urgency and candidate experience, and brings creativity, persistence, and market intelligence to every search.As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will help shape the employee experience from first interaction through onboarding while strengthening ProCaps' reputation as an employer of choice.What You'll Do (other Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities)Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives, operational priorities, and workforce planning initiatives. Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing, technical, leadership, professional, and hard-to-fill roles across the organization. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent for critical and niche positions. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future workforce needs. Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research to identify talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking events, industry associations, trade schools, and community partnerships. Create innovative recruiting approaches to expand candidate pools and improve hiring outcomes. Business Partnership & Workforce PlanningServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labor market intelligence, recruiting guidance, and hiring recommendations. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce challenges, succession needs, and organizational growth plans. Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights related to talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and recruiting trends. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and candidate quality. Employer Branding & Community EngagementSupport initiatives that strengthen ProCaps' employer brand and employee value proposition within the local labor market. Assist with development of recruiting marketing content, social media campaigns, job advertisements, and community outreach initiatives. Build relationships with local colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and industry groups to expand recruiting pipelines. Promote employee referral programs and other talent attraction initiatives. Recruiting Analytics & Process ImprovementTrack and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates. Prepare regular recruiting reports and provide updates to HR leadership and hiring managers. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience. Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport HR initiatives and special projects as assigned. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support business operationsPerforms other duties and responsibilities, as assignedWORK ENVIRONMENTDuties are performed primarily in a smoke-free environmentPosition requires regular interaction with manufacturing operations and business leaders throughout the facilityRequirementsWHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)4+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or regulated production environmentsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredExperience recruiting within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, medical device, CPG, GMP- or FDA-regulated environments strongly preferredProven success sourcing passive candidates and filling niche, technical, and hard-to-fill positionsStrong knowledge of sourcing methodologies including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking strategies, referrals, industry associations, and talent mappingExperience recruiting for a wide range of positions including skilled trades, manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, leadership, and corporate functionsDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and recruiting expertiseStrong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies to operational and workforce planning needsExperience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointHigh sense of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and follow-throughAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situationsPhysical RequirementsFrequent sittingAble to lift up to 25 lbsBenefitsProCaps provides: A competitive salary!
