As a Wellness Concierge, you are the frontline driver of both client experience and revenue. This role blends hospitality with sales: you’ll guide new and returning clients into services and actively convert them into committed members through our Health Accounts.This is not a “check-in desk” role. It’s a goal-oriented position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, excavating opportunities and closing sales. You’ll be expected to take initiative, follow up, fill the schedule, and consistently hit performance targets.
