We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecommunications Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role involves managing all phases of projects involving voice, data, and wireless communications systems, including expansion, upgrades, and integration of carrier services. A strong background in vendor coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance is essential.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, including full project lifecycle ownershipStrong understanding of infrastructure projects, ideally within telecommunications or cellular networksDemonstrated ability to use project management tools and methodologies effectivelyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partnersAbility to translate technical details into business-friendly insightsKey Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end telecommunications projects (e.g., wireless infrastructure, VoIP, fiber, cellular expansion).Evaluate feasibility, costs, and benefits of new telecom initiatives, including partnerships with third-party carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).Lead end-to-end project management for cellular coverage expansion initiativesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute project objectivesManage the RFP process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship managementIdentify, assess, and proactively manage project risks; provide regular reporting to leadershipCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesWork closely with stakeholders including IT, operations, vendors, and engineering teams to define project scope and requirements.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Preferred Experience:Previous work on telecom projects in public safety or emergency response sectors.Knowledge of telecom network architecture and carrier-grade infrastructure.Familiarity with budgeting tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira).Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
