Apply via Dice today!Position: BluePrism RPA developerLocation: Reston, VA Experience: 10+ YearsWork type: C2C only ( Remote )PETADATA is currently hiring for a "Blue Prism RPA developer" for one of their clients.Roles & Responsibilities :The ideal candidate must have experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions for clients utilizing industry frameworks and best practices. Lead collection, consolidation, and analysis activities to assess the automation potential of current business processes and prepare clients for implementation. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and define business requirements for proposed RPA solutions. must Develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism RPA solutions within the customer environment Prepare presentations and documentation to support client decision-making on their RPA initiatives. We are identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in automated processes. Recommend standards, methodologies, and infrastructure that support the end-to-end RPA lifecycle from planning to execution of enterprise automation projects. Provide expertise and facilitate training activities to strengthen the automation team's skill sets with process analysis, bot development, and automation management. Ability to code in Python to manage automation logic in Blue Prism. Must Work on Selenium Python for UI automation. Required Qualifications:The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in IT-related field Experience with 3+ years of RPA robot or automation solution development on Blue Prism (Required), UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or relative platform. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex technical concepts and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences. Must have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have Experience in developing RPA or automation project deliverables, technical documentation, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders. Must have Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies to client problem sets. Highly Self-motivated and thrives in a team environment. Should have good verbal and communication skills.
