Customer Service Administrative Assistant:
Experience: Entry-level, typically 0-1 years.
Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good organizational skills. Fast learner. Attention to detail. Excel experience a plus.
Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient customer service operations.
Supervision: Works under the supervision and guidance of the Customer Service Manager or Team Leader.
Development: Opportunity for growth and development within the role to potentially advance to a Customer Service Representative position based on performance and experience.
Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Pay range: $18.00 -$20.00
