Associate Account Manager - Lincolnwood, IL (In Person) Salary Exempt Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Account Management, the Associate Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 40-60 client accounts and supporting the successful coordination and execution of weekly and monthly clinical hydration services across assigned facilities. This office-based position serves as a primary day-to-day point of contact for facility leadership, regional operators, and clinical teams, ensuring strong communication, operational consistency, and overall client satisfaction. The Associate Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining account retention, supporting census growth, identifying operational barriers, and ensuring smooth clinic coordination within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience within a skilled nursing, senior living, or long-term care environment and possess strong relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position requires approximately 30% travel within assigned territories, with no nights or weekends required. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of approximately 40-60 active client accountsServe as a primary operational point of contact for assigned facilities and regional teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership, regional operators, physicians, and nurse practitionersCoordinate and oversee weekly and monthly clinic scheduling within assigned accountsPartner closely with the Director, Account Management to support account retention and program growthConduct facility re-trainings and operational support meetings as neededAssist facilities with workflow education, clinic preparation, and program utilizationMonitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase participation and census growthTroubleshoot operational concerns and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutionsMaintain accurate CRM documentation, account activity notes, and reportingCollaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth clinic executionSupport provider engagement and communication efforts within assigned facilitiesTravel to facilities within assigned regions for relationship management, trainings, and operational supportParticipate in company meetings, trainings, and departmental initiativesMaintain updated knowledge of company services, workflows, and operational expectations REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIESStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesComfortable working within CRM systems and operational reporting toolsProfessional and customer-service-oriented demeanorAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsAdaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environmentSkilled nursing, senior living, or long-term care experience strongly preferred EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE1-3 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare operations, or account management preferredBachelor's Degree preferred, but not required based on relevant experienceExperience working directly with facility leadership or healthcare operations preferred ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSApproximately 30% travel required within assigned territoriesFull-time, office-based position located in Lincolnwood, IllinoisNo routine nights or weekends requiredWalking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting, and extended computer use required, with or without reasonable accommodationMeet all health requirements as needed Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
