Project Manager – Landfill EngineerResponsibilities:Manage projects and delegate responsibilities and tasks as assignedManage a certain amount of Net Revenue Performed and a percentage of Profit of Net Revenue PerformedAssist and implement site layout grading, drainage, site utilities, including design of force mains, leachate collection systems, landfill gas collection systems, storm water management and erosion and sediment control.Solid waste engineering design and permitting (landfills, transfer stations and recycling facilities)Preparing technical reports such as operating plans, CQA reports, and permit applicationsCollecting air and water monitoring samplesAnalyzing technical dataReport writing Implement logic and creativity in Design IssuesEffective communication with colleagues and superiorsUse of computer-aided design (AutoCAD) packages to design projectsConstruction observation and documentationQualifications:Bachelor of Science in Civil, Geological or Environmental Engineering required5+ years of professional experience in solid wasteProficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferredProficiency in MS Word and Excel.EIT/P.E. license preferredExcellent written and oral communication skills to include proposal writing and reportingExperience in Rational, SCS hydrological analysis or other storm water analysis preferredExperience with State and Municipal projects a plusTravel will be requiredValid Driver's license requiredPay is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary for this position ranges from $90K to $120K.
