Construction Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support a range of construction projects and clients. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies Negotiate and provide recommendations on standard and nonstandard contracts Monitor transaction compliance and oversee Service Level Agreement compliance Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in a contract administration role Design/Construction experience preferred Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) preferred Knowledge of contracting processes, regulations, and terms Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
