The Continuous Improvement Green Belt is the most active promoter of the continuous improvement culture across the site locally.How you create impactYou will manage the site's Continuous Improvement (CI) program for quality and productivity, including the management of Kaizen activities and Lean Six projectsSupport in testing, evaluating and introducing new technologies in the field of contract logisticsAlign projects and CI activity to meet both Production System Savings targets and the region's productivity improvement targetsPresent project portfolios resulting from the Value Stream Analysis activityCommunication with customers and suppliers as well as planning and calculation of value-added services at the customer's requestEnsure savings for the site are validated with financial controllers and data integrity is maintainedYou will support the development of productivity management tools within the region to ensure measurement and monitoring of productivity at process and site levelsSupport operations in the development of Kuehne and Nagel Excellence levels in the region from Blue through GoldCreation of SOPs and control of the sustainability of processes based on KPIsYou will work with the Regional Black Belt in the development and coaching of the Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green BeltsSome travel will be necessary from time to time for training and classesWhat we would like you to bringDegree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experienceContinuous Improvement experience for 3 - 5 years5 years in a Warehousing environmentProject Management experience of 2- 5 yearsLean Six Green BeltAbility to travel for training and classes as neededWhat's in it for youThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
