La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinetry Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation of high-end Italian cabinetry and millwork for luxury residential and commercial projects.We are looking for a professional who takes pride in fine craftsmanship, values precision, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional results on every project. The ideal candidate is reliable, honest, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a luxury-focused environment.Key responsabilities:Install luxury Italian cabinetry and millwork with precision and attention to detailWork efficiently on residential and commercial job sites while meeting project timelines and quality standardsCollaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth project executionMaintain professionalism, transparency, and excellent communication with clients and colleaguesFollow technical drawings, installation plans, and company standards accurately.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of cabinetry installation experienceExperience with luxury or European cabinetry preferredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructionsStrong work ethic, including punctuality, honesty, professionalism, and respect for company guidelinesWillingness to work occasional overtime and some Saturdays, with additional compensation providedBasic Italian language skills are a plus, but not requiredValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites; mileage reimbursement providedEagerness to learn and ability to work independently as well as part of a teamCompensation and benefitsSalary: Based on experiencePotential for overtime payPotential for performance-based bonusesCompany-provided tools, with personal tools also welcomeStandard schedule: 8-hour workday plus 1-hour breakApplyIf you are passionate about craftsmanship and want to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury interiors, we would love to hear from you.Send your resume to: Work@ladolcevita.miami
