We're seeking passionate professionals to provide top-tier critical care, support precepting new team members, and thrive in a dynamic setting that values your skills and commitment.Required Skills:Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certificationsStrong critical thinking and patient assessment abilitiesAbility to manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a busy ICU environmentFlexibility to float within ICU departments as neededExperience with EPIC electronic health recordsTeam-oriented with excellent communication skillsNice to Have Skills:CPI, PALS, and TNCC certificationsPrior experience in trauma or high-acuity care settingsExperience as a preceptor or mentor for new staffPreferred Education and Experience:Active RN license in the state of practiceAt least 2 years of ICU or critical care experience, preferably in trauma hospitalsPrevious experience with trauma levels I and II is a plusOther Requirements:Night shift availability, 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)Ability to work every other weekendScrubs provided on shiftWillingness to travel to a vibrant city in a fast-growing healthcare communityIf you're ready to elevate your critical care career and be part of a compassionate, innovative team, we want to hear from you!
