This role combines customer service, communication, and sales skills to ensure accurate recommendations, efficient workflow, and high customer satisfaction while consistently demonstrating our core values.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Greet customers, schedule appointments, and build lasting relationshipsGather vehicle history, customer concerns, and relevant informationEducate customers on maintenance needs and repair recommendationsCommunicate effectively with technicians to support accurate diagnosisPrepare and present clear, itemized estimates for parts and laborExplain services with transparency to build trust and obtain authorizationProvide periodic updates on vehicle status and estimated completion times, especially if there is a delay in parts delivery or completion times.Coordinate transportation services (shuttle/towing) as neededMaintain accurate customer and vehicle service recordsProcess payments and complete opening/closing proceduresMaintain a clean, professional workspace and customer areaCore competenciesCustomer service excellence: Deliver a welcoming, responsive, and respectful experience that builds long-term relationshipsCommunication & education: Clearly explain vehicle needs, services, and options so customers can make educated decisions.
