Videographer

333 Media is looking for a Videographer (1099 Independent Contractor) who can jump into a fast-paced, creative environment and capture high-quality content for our clients. Role Responsibilities: Film short-form video content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms Capture engaging, on-brand footage for a variety of clients and industries Collaborate with the creative team to execute content concepts and shot lists Ensure strong composition, lighting, and audio during shoots Deliver organized, high-quality raw footage for post-production Adapt filming style to match each client’s visual identity Stay aware of platform trends, formats, and best practices for social video What We’re Looking For: Proven experience filming short-form, social-first video content Strong eye for framing, movement, and visual storytelling Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on set Excellent communication and responsiveness Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, high-growth agency environment Must be available on a flexible, as-needed basis Operates as a 1099 independent contractor To apply: Email your portfolio/reel + a brief introduction to 333mediamarketing@gmail.com Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract, Temporary Pay: $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Describe how you would balance the energies of creativity and organization in this role.
