Fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence among all teammates and physician partners. Ensurecompliancewith all organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of behavior. Improves employee experience,maintainslow turnover rates, andpromotesprofessional development.Collaborateson preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, review and endorse NSL budgets and reforecasts, and ensurelong-termplanning aligns with NSL goals andobjectives.Identifiesvalue captureand efficiency opportunities across Area(s) sites of care, create measurement and monitoring methods and tools to track realization.Ensureseffective resource allocation, budget management, capital planning, and financial performance for all NSL services within the Area(s).Monitorsand improveskey financial, quality, and operational metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.Championsquality improvement and patient safety initiatives,leveragingdata and best practices to achieve superior outcomes. This role provides oversight and co-accountability for operations, business planning, access optimization, growth, and quality of care across the continuum of patient care for the designated NSL. Reporting directly to the Division Vice President, Service Line Administration, with matrixed reporting to the Area(s) President and designated Medical Group counterpart(s), this leader ensures that all clinical and administrative operations align with enterprise NSL and Division goals, drives clinical quality, and delivers exceptional patient outcomes. This role collaborates with Area and Division leaders, physician partners (employed and independent), and enterprise stakeholders to advance the Service Line’s mission, while providing on-site, hands-on leadership that will drive strong operational performance and teammate and clinician engagement.
