Title :: Network Operations Center TechnicianLocation :: Annapolis Junction, MDPay :: $26/hr. on W2Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; must be flexibleDay Shifts / Swing ShiftsCandidate Requirements:Strong interpersonal skills and professional conductTeam player with excellent communicationLegacy experience in Finara and network management NOC services is a huge plus (HM is happy to train)Ability to monitor and support customer networksCapable of handling customer, technical, or third-party issuesExperience managing tickets, resolving issues, and closing casesOptical/telecom background is a significant plusAdditional Notes:Candidates with a strong, confident personality are preferred, even early in their careerSome roles may require 24x7 availabilityImmediate/urgent hiring needTarget start date: next monthInterview Process: 45-minute session with HM, with possible group interview
