This includes leading teams, improving throughput, strengthening discipline, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.Key responsibilities include:Leading welding, fabrication, and assembly operations in a hands-on manufacturing environmentManaging hourly production teams and setting clear expectations for performance and attendanceDriving safety, quality, schedule adherence, and throughput metricsIdentifying bottlenecks and solving production challenges in real timePartnering directly with ownership and senior leadership to support facility growth and operational improvementsReinforcing accountability while building a culture of ownership and pride in workmanshipThis role requires visibility, decisiveness, and the ability to balance structure with practical shop-floor leadership.What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings a blend of technical credibility and strong people leadership.Experience leading production in welding and fabrication environmentsExposure to aluminum and/or steel manufacturingStrong working knowledge of MIG, TIG, and structural welding processesProven ability to manage attendance, discipline, and performance standardsExperience leading in high-mix, custom, or build-to-order manufacturingComfort operating in a fast-moving, hands-on industrial settingAbility to communicate clearly with both shop personnel and ownershipThis is best suited for a mid-career to seasoned leader who has earned credibility through action, not title.CompensationBase salary range: $95,000 – $110,000Performance bonus: 10–20%Full benefits packageCompensation may flex for exceptional experience.Location: Greater Cincinnati AreaWhy This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to step into a role where your leadership will directly impact operational stability and company growth.You won’t be buried in layers of corporate structure.
