Laborer/Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the operational needs of the company. Duties - Perform general labor duties as assigned - Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills Required: - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor - Basic understanding of machinery operation - Strong work ethic and reliability - Willingness to learn and take direction Nice-to-have: - Previous experience in a similar role - Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing or construction environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Ability to Commute: Quincy, WA 98848 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Quincy, WA 98848: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
