Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Financials ConsultantLocation: Dallas, Texas, USA (Onsite / Hybrid Preferred)Experience: 8 12 YearsEmployment Type: ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Financials Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud Financial systems. This role requires strong technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules, along with hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, and production support. The ideal candidate will also bring leadership capabilities to manage support operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day support operations for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Financial Cloud application support across business and IT teams.Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions including integrations, reports, and data migrations.Work extensively on Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Procurement, and Projects .Develop and support reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher .Manage and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi , and other Oracle tools.Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis.Oversee system upgrades, patching, and configurations to ensure system performance and stability.Collaborate with Oracle support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and internal governance policies.Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Provide regular reporting on system performance, incident trends, and KPIs.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, IT, or related field.8 12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud) with strong technical expertise.Hands-on experience with:Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)OTBI, BI Publisher reportingIntegrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)Experience supporting production environments (L2/L3 support, incident & problem management).Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and SaaS environment.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance is a plus.Proven leadership or team handling experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.Preferred QualificationsOracle Cloud Financials Certification.Experience in Travel, Transport, Logistics, or Hospitality industry.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management practices.Exposure to automation and process improvement initiatives.Experience working with distributed/global teams.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
