Commissioning Supervisor
At EOSOL, we are looking for a results-driven Commissioning Supervisor with proven experience to lead and coordinate commissioning activities in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that systems and equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, supervise, and execute commissioning activities in line with approved procedures, schedules, and quality standards.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and project handover.Review and validate commissioning procedures, checklists, and test documentation.Oversee functional testing, equipment energization, loop checks, and performance verification.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout commissioning activities.Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and project engineers.Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly commissioning reports, and communicate status to project management.Supervise and guide commissioning technicians and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project standards and schedules.Participate in final inspections, system handover, and preparation of as-built documentation and test records.Support training and knowledge transfer to the client’s operations and maintenance personnel.Requirements:RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning industrial or energy systems (generation, substations, transmission, or process facilities).Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.Proven experience reviewing commissioning plans, procedures, and test documentation.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.Ability to work on site and manage multiple activities under demanding schedules.Availability and willingness to relocate to the United States, as the project is located in Leon County, Texas.
