Director of Customer Economics & Forecasting

Recognized consistently as a top regional workplace, we continue to expand our market influence through patented technology and data-driven monetization strategies.As the Director of Customer Economics & Forecasting, you will be the chief architect of our company's mathematical and analytical engine. In this role, you will lead the scientific study of our user base, turning complex behavioral data into high-accuracy revenue forecasts and long-term economic strategy.What You'll Do:Define Customer Economics: Lead the development and standardization of LTV models and algorithms to identify the core drivers of monetization.Lead Predictive Forecasting: Own company-wide revenue and cohort forecasting using advanced Bayesian and statistical methods to ensure high accuracy.Partner on Business Planning: Align unit economics (LTV/Retention) with financial operating plans and cross-functional growth strategies.Oversee Data Science Infrastructure: Manage a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse to ensure a reliable "single source of truth" for all predictive models.Hands-On Leadership: Mentor a team of analysts and analytics engineers while staying "close to the metal" with SQL and Python.What You Need:8+ years in Data Science, Statistics, or Advanced Analytics.3+ years in a leadership or head-of-function role.Deep experience with LTV, retention modeling, and predictive revenue systems.Expert-level SQL, Python, and Excel for building sophisticated statistical workflows.Expertise in dimensional data modeling (Kimball) and managing scalable data ecosystems.Nice to Have:Experience with Bayesian methods or advanced probability modeling.Background in SaaS/Subscription or multi-brand portfolio environments.Familiarity with cohort-based marketing attribution and spend optimization.Bonus points if you have experience with B2BC marketing attribution channels or SaaS/Subscription modelingBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with low premiums!Generous PTO PlansCompany events401k with 3% employer matchHybrid work schedule
