Mobile Diesel Mechanic Needed!

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Diesel Mechanic! This position is field-based and requires the ability to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel equipment and vehicles at customer locations or roadside. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, knowledgeable, and able to work independently while delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesTravel to job sites, or roadside locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered trucks and equipmentPerform scheduled maintenance, oil changes, filter replacements, brake work, and fluid servicesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical knowledgeComplete DOT inspections and ensure vehicles/equipment meet safety standardsMaintain detailed records of services provided and parts usedCommunicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates on repairs and timelinesMaintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe conditionAdhere to all safety guidelines and company proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; diesel tech certification preferred2+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experienceValid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skillsAbility to work independently in a mobile environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditionsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany-provided service truck, tools, and fuel cardHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchUniforms and safety gear providedTraining and career development opportunitiesReady to take your skills on the road?
