Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Founding Partner role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Founding Partner, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving business development, fostering key partnerships, and overseeing operational execution. You will collaborate on product innovation, lead research and development initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company's mission of delivering state-of-the-art AI solutions. Responsibilities also include managing cross-functional teams, defining growth strategies, and identifying market opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, and business development.Strong expertise in AI technologies, research methodologies, and system deployment practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.Comprehensive knowledge of operational management and project execution.Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in the AI domain.Experience working in a hybrid or flexible work environment is a plus.Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence is preferred.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accountability.
