Craft Recruiter

Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various departments within the organization. This role will require strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and help build a strong pipeline of talent to support company growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. Proactively forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines for future openings. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and databases to attract qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interview processes. Evaluate candidates for cultural fit and qualifications. Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Maintain timely communication and professional interactions. Team Communication: Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding candidate status, market feedback, and search progress. Provide guidance on hiring decisions. ATS & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures. Offer Management: Present job offers, negotiate compensation when appropriate, and facilitate the offer acceptance and onboarding process. Employer Branding: Support employer brand initiatives by promoting company culture, attending career fairs, and engaging in social media recruitment marketing. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes. Position Requirements Position may require extended hours based on hiring demand or peak seasons Occasional attendance at after-hours recruiting events or job fairs may be necessary Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function Physical & Cognitive Requirements Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods Frequent use of computer and phone; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. (recruiting materials, laptops, etc.) Travel to local hiring events, schools, or job fairs as needed Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws Proven ability to source, attract, and close top talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technology platforms Analytical skills to track and evaluate recruitment metrics Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies Compensation & Benefits Commensurate with experience, paid weekly.
