Construction Project Manager
## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and timeline constraints.
## Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or HeavyBid
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned
## Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Experience with project scheduling software like Primavera or HeavyBid
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and management
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam for document management

Pay: $88,251.00 - $175,000.00 per year
