Position is in Dallas, TX We are looking for Top Performing Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! If you are the top-performer in your shop, if you know you make your company tons of money, we want to talk to you! Responsibilities: Inspect and diagnose systems Have honest, educational conversations with home owners. Build credibility and create trust between them and the company. Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Bring a friendly professional attitude to the office! You are not required to do your own repairs except for truck stock items (Capacitors, Transformers, Contactors, etc). You make the sale, and our parts changers will come behind you to do the dirty work! Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong Sales and People Skills Compensation: 18% on Truck Stock Repairs and Upsells 14% on repairs involving parts changers 10% on all new system sales $28/hr on warranty or rework $25 per system on Preventative Maintenance Visit Get paid every Friday for your previous weeks work Medical Available 1 Week PTO Available First day of employment.
