Job Description Kunau Implement, a leading Eastern Iowa dealer for Case IH, New Holland, Kubota, and Cub Cadet, is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Controller. The ideal candidate is positive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, family-owned environment. This position will be based in Preston, IA for training, with the option to work from either the Preston or DeWitt, IA location. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Cash Flow & Treasury Internal Controls & Compliance Operational & Cost Analysis Leadership & Team Management Requirements Solid knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation, internal controls, and cash management Strong analytical and financial reporting skills (balance sheets, P&L, forecasting) Excellent communication skills to work with leadership and key management High attention to detail and ability to spot/report inaccuracies Proficiency with financial software and dealership systems (DIS or similar) Proven project management and team leadership abilities Familiarity with relevant tax and industry financial regulations. Education & Experience 3+ years of accounting or financial management experience (dealership background a plus) Degree in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of tax compliance and accounting standards; DIS or similar system experience is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
