Position SummaryThe Pharmacy Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy department in an acute care setting. This role ensures safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective medication management services while supporting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.The Pharmacy Operations Manager provides leadership to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff, ensuring pharmacy services meet hospital standards, patient care needs, and applicable federal, state, and accreditation requirements.QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy. Active pharmacist license in the State of Florida Minimum of 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations, medication safety, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy automation systems. Employment Type: Full-Time, Day ShiftSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMPay Scale: $145K to 156K
