Job: Oracle EPM LEAD Location: Stamford, CT/Hybrid Must have Heavy on Groovy script experience, MDX and ASO full hands on GROOVY Overview We are seeking experienced Oracle EPM Planning Consultants (Lead and Senior levels) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Groovy scripting, and hands-on experience delivering complex, multi-module planning solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact implementations across financial planning, workforce, capital, and project domains. Key Responsibilities For Lead Consultants Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (minimum of 5 full lifecycle projects)Architect and design scalable solutions across multiple EPM modulesDrive client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution designOversee development, testing, and deployment activitiesMentor junior and senior consultantsAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholdersFor Senior Consultants Support and execute Oracle EPM Cloud implementationsConfigure and develop solutions within EPM Planning modulesCollaborate with leads on design and architectureBuild business rules, calculations, and automation scripts using GroovyParticipate in testing, deployment, and client trainingRequired Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Groovy scripting (must-have)Expertise In Oracle EPM Cloud Modules, IncludingFinancialsWorkforce PlanningCapital PlanningProjectsExperience WithFreeForm Planning and Reporting cubesCustom cube developmentNarrative ReportingSolid understanding of business processes in planning and budgetingExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishAdditional for Lead Consultants Proven experience leading at least 5 end-to-end EPM implementations, especially multi-module environmentsPCM Consultant (if applicable) Hands-on experience with Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/EPMC)Strong Groovy scripting and general EPM Cloud expertiseExperience with custom and FreeForm cubesQualifications Lead Consultants: 7+ years of relevant experienceSenior Consultants: 5+ years of relevant experienceWork Authorization & Location Must be currently residing in the United StatesOpen to candidates requiring sponsorship (US Citizen/Green Card not required)Must be able to travel within the US on short noticePrimarily remote, with occasional travel as neededAbility to travel is preferred for candidates located outside the USStart Date Immediate / ASAP
