As a delivery driver you not only deliver our products to customers, but also deliver excellence, one of our core values. You will be the repeated touch point so many of our customers get to interact with each month, helping to maintain those relationships is important to our growing brand.In this role you will:Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customersManage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicleAdhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industryProcess payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholdersMaintain accurate delivery logs and documentationUphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicleDeliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionallyYou'll be a great fit if you have the following:You have at least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverageYou hold a valid driver's license and clean driving recordYou pride yourself in your strong communication and customer service skillsYou can navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levelsYou feel excited about staying in compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industryYou have experience handling payments and reconcile invoicesYou demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.You strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your role.You can adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm.Interview Process:At Grön, we go through the same interview steps for all Delivery Driver candidates to ensure equity in our hiring process.
