Logistics & Warehouse CoordinatorPortland, Oregon (On-site)Full-time | Early shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) + overtimeWe are looking for a hands-on and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is a standalone role, requiring autonomy, organization, and strong execution in a fast-paced industrial environment.You will play a critical role in ensuring material flow, shipment accuracy, and operational efficiency while working closely with production and quality teams.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & SchedulingCoordinate outgoing shipments (LTL, courier, freight)Select carriers and optimize routingManage external processing of internal productsReceiving & InventoryReceive and verify incoming shipments and purchase ordersEnsure compliance with documentation standardsDocumentation & CompliancePrepare and validate shipping documents, invoices, and recordsMaintain accurate logs for audit and compliance purposesTracking & CommunicationMonitor shipments from dispatch to deliveryProvide updates to internal teams and customersWarehouse OperationsPackage, label, and prepare goods for shipmentBuild large shipping crates as requiredEnsure safe loading practices and compliance with safety standardsIssue ResolutionHandle delays, damages, or lost shipments with carriersImplement corrective actions when neededRequirementsMust-haveExperience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (2+ years)Forklift license (required)Experience handling dangerous goodsFamiliarity with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently in a standalone roleNice-to-haveExperience in manufacturing or aerospace environmentKnowledge of LTL freight coordination and routing optimizationKey SkillsStrong organization and attention to detailClear communication (internal & external stakeholders)Adaptability in a dynamic operational settingHands-on mindset with problem-solving capabilityWork EnvironmentEarly shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMOvertime and occasional weekend work expectedClose collaboration with Production and Quality teamsWhy Join UsHigh-impact role with full ownership of warehouse operationsDirect contribution to production flow and customer satisfactionStable industrial environment with growth potential
